Our Kitchen Cabinets Have Arrived!

After a few wintery months of very little progress, our kitchen cabinets were delivered last Friday! They are all custom made to Gary's very specific specifications from Faust Millwork & Cabinets, Dyersville, Iowa. They did a gorgeous job and they are being installed this week.

These were worth every bit of the 10 months it took to pull this off.

We had them painted gorgeous Dover White by Sherwin Williams. It's white but not WHITE. I was terrified they’d bee too stark white when they showed up but I love them. They are classic and I think they go perfectly with the house.

Fingers crossed all goes well this week and then we can get the countertops templated next week.
